Roots had compromised the septic drain line out of the house. Danny efficiently diagnosed the problem, patiently explained both the problem and available options to correct the issue. As he proceeded to provide the necessary service, he explained his actions and answered all of our questions and concerns. Before leaving Danny explained what to expect in the future; to include easy to follow preventive actions. His performance far EXCEEDED our expectations. I could not be more satisfied!
