Dealing with this company was an excellent experience. Very professional. On time. Did what they said they would do. My husband and I appreciated that Mick (the owner) supervised the masonry work of his workers. Very happy with the job they did and would definitely recommend.

I hired the company to do 2 jobs. 1 smooth out my garage floor - put the skim coat where needed as we could see the stones in cement in many areas. 2 build wall around one of basement windows to stop the water from coming in. The second job looks to be done well but we will only know once we have heavy rain. However the 1st job, I'm not satisfied with at all. The surface is not smooth and there are specula marks all over the floor. The floor looks like amateur did it. I could probably do better job myself. When the job was finished Mick the owner of the company was not there, I expressed my opinion about the job to the guy who worked on it. He said this is all he could do with the floor he had to work with. I suggested I'll pay the workers half today and the rest tomorrow when Mick comes over so I can discuss the results with him. 2 minutes later Mick called my cell and starts screaming at me, that I'm playing games with him. He yelled for good few minutes and was not listening to anything I had to say. He has no idea how to deal with any kind of criticism! I was very upset with the way he treated me, I still feel bad thinking about it.. that is why I waited over a week before writing a review. I would never recommend his company!

We had an agreed upon contract which included the scope of work to be performed along with a very fair price. Hours before we were to commence the work at your home you called to tell me that I could start the project, as agreed, only if I took $350.00 off the agreed upon price (for no reason). As I had already purchased the material and scheduled the time, I agreed. Additionally, I did not request a deposit. You understood that payment was expected upon completion. I was with you to inspect the work and the floor when it was 99% complete and you were very happy, even discussing the color of the paint you were going to use to paint the floor. Shortly thereafter, I received a call advising me that you would only pay half. I told you that I will always come back to a project if the homeowner is not satisfied but you still only wanted to pay half. I came to see you the next day and there was nothing deficient in the work that was performed. You told me that you did not have time for this right now and walked away. I have numerous reviews attesting to the professional work I do and the manner in which I treat my clients. I always stand by my work and my word.

The price was less than other contractors considered. Mick was extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the job. Workers finished the job 2 days ahead of schedule. Will use this vendor for my driveway job.
