I need more five stars to give Refloor the review it deserves! For six long months I searched for the perfect flooring to replace my kitchen floor. I spent countless hours standing in the flooring aisles of every big box store and and locally owned flooring company within a thirty mile radius. Every conversation I had with family and friends began with , " Have you found your floor yet ? " It wasn't like I wasn't trying! I had brought home dozens and dozens of floor samples. I had even settled on flooring three times only to find out that after loading it into the cart, pushing the heavy cart through the store and across the parking lot, loading it all into the car and then into the house, cutting the box open and laying it out on the floor..that the color looked completely different than it had under the florescent lighting of the store! If I had only known about Refloor! The day I found Refloor online the nightmare ended! Once I filled out my contact information the five star service began. A representative set up and appointment for the same day. The in home consultant was at our home within hours. Jeff showed us the differences in quality of their product versus what I had been seeing in the big box stores. He explained about the installation and the lifetime guarantee and we were sold... IF only I could find the color I was looking for. Looking through the sample book in the lighting of our own home it only took me minutes to find the perfect match! Erin the manager was the best! Ricardo, our installer and his assistant were such a pleasure to have in our home! Their workmanship is beyond compare! As the floor was going down we were in awe of how beautiful it was and we kept adding rooms! Now we have the most beautiful, seamless entire ground floor! We have had three professional floor layers in to look at the finished product and they all marvel at the flawless craftsmanship and superior quality of the flooring and trim ! Thank you Refloor for giving us the floor of our dreams!

Did great job explaining, very friendly, instalation team was amazing. Price increase the day they came to house is my only complaint. Floors loon great and they have a great guarantee

Refloor is extremely organized and professional. Their communication alone was 5 stars. They were extremely patient, answered all of my questions and my floors turned out beautiful. They moved all of my furniture, installed the flooring, cleaned up and put all of my furniture back. They were over the top friendly and confident. I would definitely recommend Refloor!
