My insurance company was difficult through the whole process, but thankfully Reliance Roofing knew exactly how to deal with them and get my roof approved for my rental property. Super helpful since I travel a lot. The roofing job itself is stellar and they were super friendly and efficient. Great experience overall!

This was a job most roofers would refuse. It could have been very invasive and expensive, on one end. On the other end, it would’ve needed a quick fix that would be effective for years. I elected the easier route. The fix was done within nine days though roofers are notoriously busy and there were some extenuating circumstances. Easy to communicate with, too.

After all the damage to the house, since the siding needed to be replaced we decided to add on a screen porch. They dealt with the city, a big ordeal. for permits and all the things that needed to be done to begin and finish construction. The screen porch is amazing , we love it, and it will add such value to the home.

This is a top notch company, Eric Rhodes was my contact with his partner Mark Nicolosi and they were on the project from the get go. I interviewed several companies but Eric explained the entire process and offered things that I wasn't aware of like dealing with the insurance company. It was a pleasure to work with them and will definitely recommend this company

I had a major issue with damage to my house during the tornado last year. I interviewed several companies about repairs and decided to hire reliance roofing, Eric Rhodes was so thorough and explained all that would be done . He took the initiative to offer to put a tarp over the hole in the roof to prevent water damage ,as it was winter and rain and snow time. What a great company. They came out and did a phenomenal job repairing all the house and also acted as my advocate with the insurance company to save me grief and time. I totally recommend them to do any repair work. They were efficient and professional throughout the entire repair. After completion we decided to do a screen porch and it took awhile dealing with the city for permits etc, but again completed the job and now having a grand outdoor space to enjoy.
