Ridgeline was excellent from the get go. Very professional and courteous and did an excellent job! I would recommend them to anyone. Only had two company’s out of four that showed up to give estimates and Sears had bad reviews on every website I could find. Price seemed fair to me and excellent work all around!

Jeremiah came to my home and brought a sample of the asphalt roofing tiles as well as a fully prepared proposal/contract which was fully detailed with all of the information that I needed to know about how the project would be done. I had researched the requirements, the types of materials, etc., and appreciated being handed a proposal that covere every aspect of the roofing replacement that I needed and wanted to know. Jeremiah did not pressure me, but left all of the literature on the materials, as well as samples of the materials, and a fully detailed proposal/contract with me so that I could review everything for myself and get in touch with him if I wanted Ridgeline Construction to do my roof removal/replacement. He didn't pressure me at all, and their policy of only requiring a very reasonable upfront deposit, with the remainder of the cost of doing the job being paid upon successful and satisfactory completion of the projecte. I am very pleased that I hired Ridgeline Construction to do my roofing project. The fact that Jeremiah was very honest meant a lot to me. He was totally professional and very helpful to me in explaining anything in detail that I needed to know. The crew that removed and replaced my roof worked diligently and long hours. My new roof looks great and Jeremiah came by the job site while the work was being done to ensure that everything went smoothly. The crew covered my shrubs and other things around the outside of the house that might be damaged. There was no damage to anything and they did a great job cleaning up, taking away all of the old roofing and edging, etc. . I am very happy that I hired this company because their work is excellent, price is reasonable, they use high quality materials and they are honest which was very important to me after having hired other projects done for me that were total disasters. It was a pleasure working with Jeremiah before and after the roof removal/replacement project was completed. He is a great asset to Ridgeline Construction and I appreciate all that he did to ensure that I have a new roof that is not only very attractive, but is also reliable. I am a happy customer, for sure.

Lee and the crew that replaced my roof were top notch. He's extremely trustworthy and professional and made every effort to ensure we were satisfied. His crew was tireless and dedicated to doing the job correctly from start to finish. I truly was in awe of these guys. Outstanding job and would definitely hire them again.

The consultation appointment was great, Lee was early and I received the quote the same day. Service went downhill from there. I had to call to verify my appointment date, though the appointment time was not provided. Then the supplies arrived "unannounced " the Friday before. On the actual day of the appointment, work was assumed to start at 7:30 AM but did not.After several calls and complaints, the work did not actually start until about 1:30 PM! Once completed the work 3as gone but due to such unprofessional treatment during the process I'm afraid I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
