I needed pavers installed for a small walkway next to my house and did my research on companies in area. This company had overall the best reviews. Called and Stacy (very nice) helped to set up an apt for a quote. Bob came out beginning of Aug, very nice person and I said up front I needed done by end of the month. He said it should be no problem, he just has to check on availability of the specific paver I needed. From that point forward it was completely disappointing. I would have to follow up via text every 5 days or so and most of the time with no response back. It is only common courtesy that a business replies. This went back and forth until finally I asked him to call me. Again, no reply and I was ready to cancel and I left him a voicemail as it had been a month with no results. Suddenly the next day pavers showed up. We are now into Sept.and past the timeline I wanted this work done for many reasons. Same thing..no responses to my text to find out when the install would be. I am a professional working from home, have meetings most of my days, and have kids I have to pick up in the afternoons (plus sports). Therefore I need to plan ahead (area they need to pave also behind locked gate with pool). Nothing. A week later after pavers sitting on my driveway they show up in the morning unannounced to do the job. They had no idea where to install. I had to be late to my scheduled meeting because I had to show the installers what to do and where. Bob (or someone) should have been there to do that part and I should have also been told they were coming so I could plan accordingly. Honestly how do companies who behave like this stay in business? The quality of the work was great (thank goodness) and the main reason I did not cancel sooner because I did not want to start all over with another company when I knew they would do good work once they did it. Apparently Bob no longer with the company (retired) and I gave the owner my feedback when he came to pick up payment early one morning (again unscheduled and announced) on what customer experience should look like vs what I received. He understood and hopefully will make things better going forward for other customers as their quality of work is great!

These guys did an amazing job installing our pavered patio and driveway. There was an issue with the edging and a sprinkler head almost immediately afterwards, and they did come back to fix it and make it right. We love the work they did for us and have recommended them to several other neighbors and friends. I will say that the communication gap when issues arise, specifically with the sales rep Bob, was the only drawback. I ended up going straight to Albert after Bob stopped showing up, and we were well taken care of from that point forward. Albert also has an admin named Stacy who responds to his texts on his behalf and she is absolutely wonderful. They are truly lucky to have her communicating and followingn up on their behalf. I am deducting a star for customer service based solely on my experience with Bob...everyone else we encountered was great. All in all - this company quoted a great price, they showed up on time and delivered a quality end result with no delays, and they made good on their quality promises by fixing issues when they arose. I would hire them again, and I would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

The guys that came out did a great job in all this heat. They finished in one day. I am so glad I trusted these guys to do my paverâ s. I am very pleased with my patio.

Bob the salesman was great, he gave me an estimate and didn't go overbudget, was in constant contact with me. From beginning to end a very good experience. I recommend, from my experience that you request Bob as the salesman. The workers were fantastic! Polite, professional and very detailed in their work.

My salesman, Bob was very professional and made sure that the project went will. Because of his attention to details was one of the reasons I went with the company. Will recommend this company to others .

I love my new patio, sitting wall, firepit & flower beds block walls! It has changed my backyard from nothing to a functional beautiful patio to entertain friends! Bob was awesome he turned my vision to a reality! Albert the owner came to the job site mid way through to check progress, overall great experience!

There were problems with this job but Bob and Albert came back and addressed each issue. They fixed every problem I had. They finally gave me a very professional walkway that I am very happy with the results.
