Robert Raypole

The work was satisfactory. Raypole schedule was hurt by inclement weather and as a result some of the painstaking work was rushed with resulting quality blips. Originally we expected a couple of workers to handle the work but he did it all alone and could have benefited with some help. He seemed to be working jobs in more than one location and seemed stretched for time. Mr Raypole is personable and easy to get along which makes criticism difficult. He is obviously competent in his trade but needs to refocus on the detail of the work and customer expectations.

Friendly, courteous, and available when I call. May hire for other projects.

The actual work that wa s done was the installation of interlocking pavers at my entry way and a large patio suroindg my pool and wrapping around the side of my home. MrRYpole suggested a terraced approach which I hadnot thought of,, he was involved Every step of the way, ensured the work was done to specification, envev when it necessitated redoing when the the men who laid the pavers either misunderstood or just did not follow the plan. The workers that 'Mr RAypole placed on the job were extrely skilled and painstaking with all the curves and leveling that had to be done. I added some additional work involving the repair and resurfacing of my pool which was done personlally by Mr. Raypole. He is a craftsman extroadinaire, fair , not cheap, in his pricing, but the value given is beyond what can be purchased

WOW, Bob Raypole makes things happen. Never seen a project go so fast and smooth. Quality of workmanship from soup to nuts was great. Bob was on site everyday. MARBLE Backyard patio, front patio, and expanded driveway in 14 days, DONE. Only negative was that the contract required additional work be added partially due to City rules.

This guy is a work of art, came out and used a metal hammer to pound the concrete pavers in place, making dents along the way and then commented this is the $300 job....Threw him off the job..

Bob did a repair in front of a very busy Publix grocery store without interrupting the customers. Not only was he quick and efficient he was very economical as well. Highly recommended.
