Do not hire Roger Rewel, especially if you are a woman! He assured us that he and his company were capable of doing the kitchen remodel that we needed. He was helpful, spending a lot of time with us before the project started. However, when it came to doing the work, there were many issues. He argued about removing our stove even though it was agreed upon at the beginning of the project. His men do all of the work, and they had never installed a stove before- they read the directions in the box When installing the lights, they cut holes in our cabinets and just left them there. The backsplash was put in without any top edging or wall edging, no caulking behind the sink, and uneven caulking around the cabinets. Upon knocking out the wall between our kitchen and dining room, the wall that was left was completely uneven between the two rooms and he was not able to fix the wall, the floor, or the beam in between the rooms. He had to call in some friends to fix the wall, the floor between the two rooms, and the beam that he had left with a crack in it. They ruined our wood floor which then needed to be repaired by a local company who was appalled at the way Roger company and his friends had left the job. We have asked, many times, that he give us the money for the extra repair of the floor that we had to pay out of pocket, but he refuses to answer the phone or text messages from me or my husband. When confronted with the issues during the job, Roger thought I was trying to give him a hard time instead of admitting that he and his company did not know what they were doing. He did not want to listen to anything that I critiqued (as a woman), but when my husband spoke to him, he suddenly called in his friends to help. He is nice to women, but he does not respect their opinion at all. We had asked for a contract at the beginning, but he swore that things come up during any project, but I am not here to just take your money. I want your business and want you to recommend me to others, so just trust me. Foolishly, we did. So, now were out the thousands of dollars that we spent on the project and had to pay extra for others to fix his mistakes and he does not have the decency to return any messages. do not fall for his kind demeanor. He does not know what he is doing even though he will make you believe that he does!

Roger Rewel and his crew rebuilt half of my deck because it was worn and not in alignment with the other half. Roger communicated with me clearly every step the way. They came early in the morning and got the work done in one day. They were courteous, neat, and a pleasure to work with. When they were finished, they cleaned everything up and my deck looked beautiful. I was so impressed with their work, I am hiring them to remodel my bathroom. The team work I witnessed was so impressive I trust them to work with very expensive Mexican tile that I am purchasing for my bathroom. You will not go wrong if you hire them.

Roger was an absolute pleasure to work with. He responded immediately to my call, quoted the job fairly, explained in detail what his plan was and completed the job in just a few days. Even after the deck was completed, I had one more additional request and he said â yes, we can do that for youâ . His crew was very professional and when the job was finished, they cleaned up like they were never there. Extremely happy with the workmanship and customer service we received. I would not hesitate to call Roger in the future!

Roger was responsive, clear in his communication, and overall a pleasure to work with. His pricing was extremely fair. His crew was respectful of my home and neighbors. My deck rebuild was done quickly and the resulting project exceeded my hopes. I would not hesitate to recommend him or to hire him again.

Can t thank Roger enough! I had to get railings installed on my house quickly while going through with its sale, Roger had given me a quote and managed to get the project done in less than a week. The project came out great, his team was prompt, friendly and cleaned up after themselves.

Very honest and cooperative....always contacted me with any changes (some were beyond his control). Work was done in a timely manner and clean up was very thorough! Even offered to come back next year to add some final decor for eye appeal!

By far the best contractor that I have ever hired. Roger & his workers were professio al, on schedule, cleaned up daily, communicated any problems, need of additional materials. They did an excellent job rebuilding our ancient 500 sf+ deck with attention to detail. It was a pleasure to work with them & I will definitely hire Roger Rewel Home Improvement again.
