Mike Seeley from Roof Assurance came out immediately to look over our roof that was damaged from a recent hail storm and advised us to our options. Mike's experience in the roofing business gave us the confidence that he would do us a great job. From the shingle selection, the contract negotiation, to the roof installation crew and the actual work on our roof, to the final inspection Mike was there for us to answer any questions pertaining to the new roof we ordered. I am satisfied with Roof Assurance with their customer service, craftsmanship and hard work they exhibit to complete a complex project as ours. I am very proud of our new roof! Mike from Roof Assurance came through again. Old gutters removed, new seamless gutters installed and Mike came by to inspect the work to make sure we were happy with the product as well as the installation. I am very pleased with Roof Assurance and their work, customer service, and most important of all customer satisfaction.

Mike Seely was easy to work with throughout the project of roof replacement. Very little damage to shrubs. The crew did a good cleanup.

I dealt with Mike Seeley from Roof Assurance and from beginning to end the experience went well. I contacted him and got an estimate. He came out and explained what he would be able to do to fix the minor issues I had with the asphalt roof on our new house. Not only did he fix the issues but he took pictures showing me what he had done. He was professional and not pushy. Communication was excellent. Due to weather, he had to reschedule but he called and told me. He is one of the repair people that I have gotten off of HomeAdvisors that I have saved and will use again if the need arrives.

Pleasure to work with Mike seely

Mike was prompt and courteous. Took pictures of everything before and after work was done. Fixed my roofing problems without having to replace the whole roof. Others just wanted to put a new roof $$$$ more than I could afford. Thanks Mike.
