George was prompt in responding & gave me much needed personal customer service. He took time to discuss the many detailed wood and stucco repairs that were needed with my apartment buildings and what he could do about it. He painted the inside of one apartment and 2 outside buildings which is in progress now. Prices are a bit high perhaps, but well worth it to get it right the 1st time. Highly recommend him.

I used Parks Roofing & Painting, Inc. to stain and work on my deck. They are efficient and highly skilled, I was very pleased with what was done. I used them 6 yrs ago for painting on my home and a new roof, he was excellent then and excellent now. I highly recommend him and give him my highest recommendations.

Thanks to George, this was the rare and elusive, non-stressful home improvement project. My 86-year-old house looks BRAND NEW. His crew painted my entire exterior and trim, fixed all the rotted eaves, patched every single crack, scraped away all the old flaking paint on the trim, replaced the gutters and downspouts (which were custom made on site and have no seams) AND he replaced part of my roof. George is an absolute perfectionist and it shows in the work. I have been inundated with compliments from my neighbors. I wholeheartedly recommend this company!!!
