Tyler was friendly, professional, respectful and arrived before the promised time. He was thorough in his work and explained everything he did to improve our garage door. Got a call before I closed the website. Tech was scheduled to be at my home in twenty minutes. Arrived on time and had the repair completed within an hour. Tech was very professional and courteous. Explained all repairs needed and costs before beginning work. Will use services in the future if needed.

I called HomeAdvisor because I needed a professional quickly to fix my cable and spring mechanism on the garage door. I was connected with Rose Door within minutes and the technician was at my house within 30 minutes. Time was of the essence because I had to leave in 2 1/2 hours. Tyler was so courteous and explained all my options and the pricing very transparently. He had the door fixed in about an hour. It's expensive to do a automatic garage door repair, but I hopefully will have about two more years left on the original wood door before it needs to be replaced. In the meantime, I have a smoothly working, quiet safe door opener. Thanks, Tyler! I'll use you again.
