I canâ t say enough good things about the customer service of this company. We went with them solely for this reason although we couldâ ve gone for cheaper companies. Eric was really awesome to work with from the beginning. Heâ s friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. They always showed up exactly when they said they would which is huge for us because we have busy schedules. Also, we had a small issue that needed them to come back after the crew had finished the job and they followed through and came back and kept their word. Iâ m impressed and thankful!

Royal Pro Construction was the best company I ever dealt with. From a total roof replacement including plywood to gutter repair. They explained every detail and completed the work fasts. I trust this company and will use them for all my other construction needs.

From the start to the finish they were amazing! Eric was always available to answer any of my questions before the process even started. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and we are thrilled with how our roof looks! When the crew came and got started they were also very professional, very hard working, and cleaned up everything! Eric came back a few times after it was completed to see if he could pick up any additional nails or smaller pieces that might have been missed. I would/will highly recommend them to anyone I know! Any future projects we can do with them, we will.

Iâ ve used Eric and his crew twice for roof repairs in different areas. Each time he is very responsive, on time, and his crew completed work within the day. They cleaned the area afterwards well. I would highly recommend!! He has been very flexible and accommodating. Very high quality work!! After a year, no leaks at all, which is why we used him again. If we were staying in the house long-term, Iâ d hire him to replace the whole roof! Great work, great value!!

We have been absolutely impressed with our overall experience with Royal Pro Construction. Our roof was in need of full replacement.They came at the time and took care of everything. Afterward, they made sure that everything was picked up around my house, insured no nails or anything were hidden anywhere, and showed me the changes that were made. The roof looks great, too! I'm very pleased with the work that Eric and his team did and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

We met with several roofing companies and Royal Pro Construction had by far the best prices. They offered us 3 different options from which to choose. Eric was really helpful and the crew was done in 2 days. After they were done they cleaned up immaculately. Eric came out to review our warranty and make sure we were satisfied with the job. I would definitely recommend them for all of your roofing needs.

Royal pro construcion did our roof , I may says they are by far very professional and also very reasonable prices. They scheduled me right away and showed to do the job when expected, also they had extra crews working to finish the work before snow storm

Absolutely thrilled with the job that was done on our home. The time from signing papers to job beginning was fast. Had roof and siding done.The workers were consistent and reliable, Got great customer service when I needed to ask questions. The window trim is done beautifully, great care & precision. Highly recommended. Wish I could say more about this company.
