The service was great, I was a little disappointed in the liength of time I had to wait for them to get started. Once they did start the job was done in 7 hours. They did a great job, the price great, Everything was cleaned up, and all the guys were great. I would definitely recommend this group if you need to get your rro done. John did the estimate, and I decided not to have any other estimates. He was great, He was in touch with me at all times.

I was told it would take about a half a day to complete. Worker started the job and left it halfway finished. I had to contact the project manager multiple times to get a status update. At one point the project manager told me that he "thought it had been finished." A couple of times I was told someone was coming "tomorrow" and then no one showed up. Turns out many tiles were broken and needed to be fixed/replaced. It took several days to get that information. Meanwhile a week went by without any additional work being done. Finished a week later, lots of nails and tile pieces left on roof.

John did a very thorough assessment of the condition of the roof, complete with numerous pics. Weather delays-unavoidable. Be VERY specific about the plants you want undamaged. Best go to Home Depot & get the fluorescent tape to mark them. Also, was disappointed that nails were left all over the place. Was told that a magnet would be used to collect them, but this did not happen. Otherwise, they did a stellar job on the roof. Am VERY pleased with the outcome. The price was very fair. The gentlemen who oversaw the job were awesome in keeping me informed and getting back to me when I called.

John, the project manager who provided the estimate, was the first to contact us after my visit to Home Advisor. We were shocked at the efficiency of this process. He assessed the problem and left us with an estimate. We interviewed 2 other roofers who's analysis of the problem was consistent with John's. We appeared to have 3 good options which made the decision more challenging. SKs service team was prompt and competent. It's very comforting to have a roof service provider we feel comfortable using when the need arises.

I had someone at my home the same day I called. I received an estimate along with pictures of the damage that I had. Work commenced within 5 days and was completed the day after it began due to a weather delay. The company was in contact with me throughout this process and were courteous and professional.
