SRA Home Products recently completed our sunroom. From the day Chris was here and we signed the paperwork until today when the flooring was installed, we have been more than pleased with the quality of their work. There were a few days when they were working in the rain to make sure we kept moving forward. My husband is a retired union carpenter and had no worries about the quality of the work and the knowledge of the workers, especially Carl who built the entire sunroom himself. The owner, Mike and the project manager, Mike always kept us informed every step of the way. We would not hesitate to recommend SRA.

The company provides a great product for sunrooms. All work for the project is included and partially done by subcontractors. Customer service has to be improved to avoid much of frustration. Our project took too long and we're not always treated in a friendly way.

We met with the owner of SRA on a Saturday just to inquire about adding a Sun Room and the next thing you know we signed a contract that included a stamp concrete deck as well. The deal included SRA installing a ceiling, Exterior light and spot light as well as replacing our old sliding glass door with French Doors. We purchased all these items which kept the cost down and SRA installed them for us. The only down side was the process took longer than we were told it would but weather, shipping delays and permitting delays all contributed to the time line. We were impressed with the main gentleman who did the work at our house (Ed) as it was clear he took pride in his work. We are very happy with the final result and spend most of our time in our sunroom. We would highly recommend SRA. Walter & Chris

SRA Home Products built my husband and I a beautiful composite deck with a permanent roof, glass sliding doors installed and installed a ceiling fan. We enjoy sitting out on our deck and admiring the workmanship! We are very pleased with the work performed and would certainly recommend SRA Home Products.

The product is great and looks great!

SRA needs to change their contractors. Contractors represent the company. We were very unhappy with the crew that was sent to do our raised sunroom, and do not let them talk you into the 3 consecutive payments. The final 3rd of the payments should be given after final inspection. This way the customer has say so until the project is finished. For the price of this construction, I would not do it again. The room kit is good. It is aluminum over styrofoam. There were materials purchased for our sunroom and the contractor got mad at my wife for placing unused materials in the garage and out of the weather. He said that he needed some of those for other projects. The sunroom had to be inspected 3 times. The prints were not followed by the contractor. I am a contractor myself and I represent the company. Apparently Roy was only here to collect a paycheck, not to do the work right. He was the cause of 1 re inspection, and a lot of nervousness for my wife. I would not use SRA in the future and would recommend shopping around.

SRA- don’t only build sunrooms! They helped to maximize our design plans to include a bedroom and bath. Had a minor problem with the salesman. Customer service handled it quickly and completely. They arranged for the owner to handle our request. Great service and a fair price.

We are having a solarium addition to the house. This is the finest company I have had do work.The management, Mike F., is phenomenal. Excellent leadership with their building teams held to high standards.Thank you Leonard,Roy and all the team members.The teams come to the house and work is so orderly and precise.Friendly also... We researched many companies and we made the best choice with SRA. In fact the Barnegat Inspector came to do his inspection and told us that the work done by SRA was impeccable. He said he does not see such quality and precision work often. SRA stands out from the rest of the companies. We are so proud to have them building our Solarium. We chose the best of the best! I found SRA Home Products at the Home Expo in Voohrees. We were looking to have a permanent patio cover attached to the rear of the house. We stated we wanted a ceiling fan in the structure. We scheduled an in-home consultation. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. he told us they would be able to provide/install everything we required, including the ceiling fan ( which we had to provide, as agreed). He advised that once the permits and concrete portion was complete ( about 5-8 weeks), the work would be completed in two days. We signed the contract on April,14th, 2018. Today is August, 15th 2018 and the job is still not totally complete. The electrical portion was an absolute disaster and now we have to finish the work they told us they would do ourselves because we are not confident they will complete correctly. The biggest issue I had with SRA is the total lack of communication between ALL parties involved. I need to say the pavillion looks great. It would have been better if the job was 100% complete instead of 95%. They are not focused enough of the minor details as I was hoping for , in that the price was on the high end. For this amount of money, they should take pride in ensuring the job is perfect. While I am happy with the end product (almost) based on everything we experienced, I would not recommend SRA.
