Stay away from Robert. We spent a whole year trying to renovate our basement and at the end he did not come through. For someone who supposedly has been doing this for quite sometime and then have us spend $15,000-20,000 in fees and then tell us we canâ t complete the paperwork for the renovation, that is not acceptable. He then threatened us to put a lien on the property. Donâ t use him, I think anyone who works as an architect will do a better job than Scarano Architech PLLC. An experienced Architech could have told us for the beginning if the conversion was doable or not without us loosing $15,000-20,000.

In order to enlarge our building with a horizontal addition we needed the help of a Registered Architect. Thankfully we met Robert Scarano and he was able to bring our plans to fruition.
