Awesome Company and great work they did on our garage door. While other companies suggested replacing everything, including door, the repairman told us the door is in good shape and suggested the inner workings be replaced. After job was completed, we now have a great QUIET opening/closing system that replace a loud, rough working system. Lowest quote we received for just the basics repairs was $800 to $2000 (new door included) We got a great system that included 2 remotes, a wall mounted remote inside garage at door leading into house, and remote mounted on outside of garage door if your other remotes quit working. We are very happy.

The customer service I experienced while working with Shane and Adam was above and beyond great!! I was given the incorrect information from another garage door repair company. Going with this company would have been $600-$1200. Shane quickly returned my request for an estimate and based on the information I provided, he gave me a better estimate. Shane scheduled me quickly and accommodated my schedule to get the job done. Adam arrived to my residence on time and was patient with me while I was stuck in traffic. Adam confirmed the work that I requested to be done. After assessing the situation with me, Adam confirmed I did not need to replace the entire opener. He said all that needed to be replaced was a gear and sprocket and needed a tune-up. His honesty and knowledge helped me to understand the work he was going to be doing. He showed me what he was replacing and what a tune-up involved. Had it not been for Shane's quick response to my request I would have taken the wrong path and it would have been financially burdening.
