Reviews
Write a ReviewMark was very professional and responsive, always returning our calls in a timely way and working with us to find solutions for unforeseen challenges/issues that arose during the remodel. What started out as a rather small job turned into a much larger project, requiring digging a french drain, creating a dry well and waterproofing large portions of the foundation. Mark and his team responded to these complicated issues quickly and effectively. I would highly recommend him and Seattle Style Remodeling.
They were great! The bathroom is beautiful! Excellent customer service, excellent professionalism, excellent communication and really nice guys. It was not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. We will definitely hire them for our next project!
Mark and his team were very professional and did a great job, the kitchen looks fantastic. If I were to do again though I would ensure we had the Home Blue prints prior to starting. We removed several walls that we had to put back after discovering they were load bearing.
Very professional and kind workers at our house. Completed the job in under the estimated time. No surprise expenses. Workmanship was excellent. Communication very good throughout the process.
Business owner Mark is easy going and well organized. His approach to have an architect available at the beginning, paperwork for city permits, reliable working men, etc went well. My project was challenging since garage was built on property line using existing footprint, no more. Good job.
The project is not complete at this time, so far the work has been very good. They did a excellent job in repairing and replacing dry rotted flooring and floor joists.
Seattle style's work was very good. There were delays due to the permit process relating to the architectural drawing. I was pleased with everything else.
There were some unforseen delays that made the job take 3 months to complete a Kitchen remodel. The communication was lacking near the end. We spent many days waiting all day for someone to show up but no one came and there were no phone calls to allow us to go do something else.
The tile changes were back ordered and the cabinet crown molding was delayed being delivered. Seattle Style Remodel was able to substancially complete kitchen on time. Meaning they able to use kitchen daily.
Project finished on time and we are happy with the result. Contractor able to solve problems that came up with not too much time or expense.
Seattle Style clearly has the experience and resources to get the job done, they were respectful, and their subs were all quite capable. The only issue was that they had some scheduling problems with other jobs that caused some delays in mine which was a bit inconvenient at times. But all-in-all they met our agreement, were very cooperative when we changed a few things mid-stream, and went a little beyond what they had to do in order to make sure that we would be satisfied with the quality of their work.
