Walter and Bryant just moved my belongings from Utah to Topeka, Kansas, and did a wonderful job. They were careful, professional and polite, and so efficient that they took less time than I would have ever imagined possible. This is the fourth time I have moved using these movers and all four times have been totally hassle-free. I would use them again. Thank you to the trustworthy staff, and for making such long-distance moves easy and stress-free.

Luis and the crew worked really hard to get all of my stuff to my new house. They cared for my furniture and ensured things made it to the right area of the home. Simply super and nicely done! The best moving experience I have ever had. And that was my 6th move over the last three years. Will definitely use them again.

Adrian couldn't do more to accommodate my move and both he and Cesar in the office were just lovely. On the day, three of the most hardworking men I have ever met cleared my big house and couldn't do enough to get my numerous belongings into the truck, and then into the much smaller house I had bought. They never stopped all day and again couldn't do enough for me. I was in awe of what they achieved in one day. Genuinely their service was first-rate. If you are booking removals and are unsure who to go with I can honestly say do not hesitate to book this company. Honest, reliable, professional, and genuinely lovely people who are pros in long-distance staff.

Prime Time Van movers were courteous and made my move at ease. They truly focus on protection of furniture. No slightly scratch was found! Highly recommend!

Amazing service! The guys worked endlessly with no complaints and helped beyond in making moving an easier experience all around. Never thought I wouldn't be standing over the head and double-checking - everyone knew their business and did it great. Will use them again, and definitely recommend them to people I know. Dishonest and untrustworthy company! I am traumatized by their duplicitousness. I was connected by a third party and charged double on moving day for an out-of-state move. The movers did not arrive on time saying they were at the supply store because they did not have tape. The next day they arrived hours later than they said they would. I actually texted to ask if they were a real company. Multiple items arrived at the destination broken including an heirloom, artisan table, desk, and our bed! The movers arrived at our new home at 1 pm a week later and unloaded most of our belongings. They did not follow the directions of where to place things. Master bedroom set was not put together like they said it would. The hardware was lost and the bed was broken! They said they would return the next morning at 9am to complete the move. At 9:40 am they left saying they had already completed their obligation. Tons of trash, broken items and unprofessional all around. We will be filing insurance claims and contacting BBB because they certainly fall under moving fraud. Steer clear of PT Van lines!!!
