After interviewing several companies, I decided to hire Select because although they were not the cheapest, I felt they were the most honest and forthright in their analysis and estimate. Jason came to my home several times to answer my questions and Select was willing to work with my HVAC contractor's timeframe. On April 25, 2018, Tommy and his crew of 3 arrived and began their work promptly and professionally. They had to demolish a finished basement wall in order to reach a problem existing for fifty years in my home. They were meticulous in the entire job, cleaning after themselves and leaving the premises in great shape. They were pleasant and answered all my questions about the installation. When they left and I had forgotten to address something, I called Select and Andrew ( shop foreman) came to my home to handle the issue on the same day. So far, with all this heavy rain, my basement is dry for the first time in fifty years. I highly recommend Select.

Select Basement Waterproofing did a great job. Damon took the time to understand the problem and assess conditions. He designed an effective way to break the job up into phases but with enough of a first phase to keep things dry. Ray and the crew that did the install were better than excellent. Very satisfied.

Select Basement Waterproofing wasn't the lowest quote we received but we were able to negotiate. Our installation was scheduled on a day we were expected to receive a snowstorm and the staff kept me updated on the status of the installation. Ultimately, they had to cancel and reschedule due to the weather but they were extremely flexible and only pushed back the installation 2 days. The whole job was completed in about 8 hours and we even worked in them doing some additional work for us since they were already in our basement with power tools. I would highly recommend this company.

We were selling home and we're having a problem with water in our crawl space after a heavy rain. Damon came out to inspect the crawl and explained to us where the water was coming from and exactly what needed to be done to correct the problem. He gave us a detailed estimate outlining all the work and gave us a price which we felt was reasonable, especially considering the heavy work they were proposing and the not so pleasant conditions they'd be working in. We had to schedule this job to be done at a time when we weren't home which of course always ads an extra layer of anxiety, but by the time we returned the job was finished as scheduled and the workmanship looked great. I'm also happy to say they cleaned up after themselves so well you'd hardly know they were ever there. I would definitely recommend these guys, they're real pros. Thanks for a great job!
