It has been pouring down rain here and I wasn't for sure if he would be able to make it today but he came out and fixed our problem anyways ..in my book he went above and beyond and did a great job and the price was unbeatable...thank you so much ..

I called Mike about my septic tank being pumped. He was very friendly, to begin with he asked questions about what was going on with the septic tank to try to figure out what was going on before he got to my house. Mike was very knowledgeable about were to look for the tank also. He arrived at my house very quick and had my tank pumped in no time.

I recently had my septic tank looked at, as it was gurgling in the house so I hired Sep-Tek company and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and efficient. Firstly, the company was very responsive and easy to communicate with. They promptly answered all of my questions. The pricing was fair and competitive. Mike took the time to explain the entire process to me and made sure I understood what was going to be done. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. The company was professional, reliable, and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of septic tank maintenance. Five stars all around!

They do great work

Since my old septic field was 20 years old and no longer working I had to have a whole new field put in. Mike Bias, owner of Sep-Tec called me within one minute of me putting in the request for estimate on Anji, and came out the next day on Sunday to check everything out and give me an estimate, and said he could do the work in 3 days!. I had only gotten off the cuff estimates from other folks who had pumped my septic tank multiple times in the past year. Those estimates were twice as much as Mikeâ s. So I decided to hire Mike right away. Mike is so knowledgeable of his business and so helpful. He explained exactly what needed to be done and why, and what work I would get for my money. I had a lot of questions, and he took the time to really educate me on septic systems. On the day of the install he and his crew were here timely and got right to work and finished the job within about 4 hours. Again Mike answered all my questions fully. His Excavator/Master Plumber even pulled up a tree and giant bush in the yard that had died over the winter for me when I asked him to. We have an in ground sprinkler system, so as they excavated they cut a few lines. They fixed all those replacing with new pipes before they left, only charging me for the PVC that he had to buy to do that. Mike is following up next week by tamping down the dirt over the trenches with his excavator. Mike also offered me a yearly service to replace/clean the new septic filter and inspect all, which I signed up for. I am glad to recommend Sep-Tec for your septic needs!

The owner called and was very professional-He stayed in touch and answered any questions that I needed answered.I own my business and this was a great experience and they treated me like I would want my customers to be treated .I would recommend them to anyone.
