Working with Mikey and the SolarSesame crew was awesome! They totally took the lead with our HOA to get all the approvals sorted. For us, that was a game-changer because, let's face it, we're super busy and just don't have the time to get bogged down in all that permit and paperwork hassle. Fast forward three months with the system up and running, and our electric bills have seriously taken a dive. Totally recommend them if you're looking to cut down on those energy costs!

we got quotes from a bunch of different places and the prices were all over the map. You've got to watch out, because some of these cheaper options are cutting corners with low-quality stuff from China. We decided to go with SolarSesame in the end because they were offering top-notch gear and service at a fair price. They really did their homework, looking into what we need now and what we might need down the line, and they sized the system just right. After chatting with them, it clicked that a couple of the other, more questionable solar companies had tried to lowball the system size to make their price seem more appealing. When the install day came around, the crew was here bright and early and didn't pack up until everything was done, all in one day!

The journey to choosing solar energy was an extensive one for my family and me. It began when we received a hefty PG&E bill in July, prompting me to look into solar options, specifically wanting a Tesla battery. Mei, our Energy Consultant, was forthright and clear about the delays associated with the Tesla battery, and introduced us to the Sunpower Sunvault. After an additional week of diligent research, we decided to proceed and sign the contract. The installation team was exceptional, completing the project in just one day.

Although I spoke with other solar companies, I ultimately chose Solar Sesame due to their no-pressure approach and their thorough explanation of available incentives and rebates.

We would give them 6 stars if we could! We are very happy with the service received from SolarSesame. San Mateo county inspector literally said it was one of the cleanest job he'd ever seen. All their staff members were extremely polite and communication was great.
