Left my yard a disaster, even though the contract said they would grade and seed. Beware of the excess water clause. Owner didn't/wouldn't show up at the end of the job to discuss the disaster left to my lawn. I had to pay a landscaper to regrade and seed the lawn.

Hello Home Advisor! I think we have the facts mixed up slightly. We did a sewer to septic conversion for this customer. Her cesspools had been failed for a couple of years leading to excessive water underground. We fought 4-5? of mud and did not bill an extra even though it took 2 extra days. We offered to spread dry dirt if she would purchase it but she declined. Please read your contract ask questions. All excavation contracts have clauses for unseen underground conditions. We went above and beyond on this. I stand by the project 100%. Josh

They called while I was still on line , quoted prices , and set the appointment , all on a Saturday at about 5:30pm . They came on time , Dan worked fast and clean . I took his advice to replace aging flush valves ( over ten years old , good idea ) . I would not hesitate to use them again .
