Reviews
Write a ReviewThey were friendly to work with and did solid work.
Eddie worked extremely hard and did not take a break until the project was completed. he was very dedicated to do a complete professional job. He also found items that were not in code and rectified the problem.
Worked fast and clean, did everything that was promised. Good Job.
We had such a positive experience with the air conditioning install that we actually called them back when we had an unrelated plumbing issue. Quite expensive, though!
Watch out for outrageous high prices!!! My tenant said the kitchen faucet leaks and the water floods counter, so, on 8/16/17 the Service Professional came and charged parts and labor of $1,589.32 (tax $102.24 included) as following: Install a single handle kitchen faucet chrome Install two (hot and cold) water valves underneath the kitchen sink So, I check with two other plumbers, here are their quote: Install a single handle kitchen faucet chrome: Labor $175 + part – a standard basic single handle kitchen faucet chrome $100 - $200 Install two valves (hot and cold water) underneath the kitchen sink Labor $150 + part - $10 each valve The quotation from two others are all around $600, but Service Professional charges almost $1,600. Besides, the manner is very rude. Next day, I called back and gave my feedback, so far there is no explanation what so ever. I write this for your attention.
Fair price; respect client wishes Sharon C
Excellent service - last minute call on a Sunday and there was a gentleman at our door within the hour. Problem was swiftly assessed and repaired. No more buckets under the sink! YAY!
We needed the water company to turn off the water from the street to our home. While the water company took much longer than expected Service Proessionals waited patiently. Finally we agreed SP would return another day to complete the job. SO made us top priority. Money well spent!
Great!
To be fair I hired 3 other people who were unable, (unwilling to repair my duct work) due to the tight spot in the attic. Serivice professionals said they could fix it if I made a hole (access panel) in the wall. I hired a general contractor to make the access panel and he fixed the duct work without making the access panel. I ended up paying more for people to tell me they couldn't fix it than on the one person who actually fixed my problem.
