We had a problem with swarming termites. Kris came out right away, explained what he would do and hopefully took care of the problem. (Since they only swarm in the Spring, we won't know until next Spring!) Kris has been prompt, knowledgable, helpful and friendly. We have hired him to do our quarterly pest control, too!

We've only had one application so far but Kris has been great. He followed up with me, he came out when he promised and got the job done, the price was exactly as he quoted (which was the best of the 3 companies I got estimates from), and he answered all my questions.

Very professional, very informative, very friendly, very thorough and very affordable. What more could you ask for?! I was fortunate to be matched with 3 great "Pro's", but Kris of StarBugs was the easy choice. He returned my call and left detailed yet brief messages when he was unable to reach me. He drove by so he could provide an estimate based on the outside of my home (approximate size, number of stories, attached garage and detached storage) even before I requested he do so. When I did finally return his call he was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. I chose to take advantage of his winter special and am thrilled!

Kris was great at first, but I started noticing weed problems in my back yard and discoloring and dead spots throughout my front yard. Kris never adjusted treatment even though this was very obvious. Last straw was being billed for a treatment that I don't believe was performed. No invoice on the door and I work from home and never saw or heard. Looks like I'm back with Tru-green.
