DO NOT USE - overpriced - no communication - cut corners - left house dirty (sprayed masonry cutting on the house and stained my red brick white, left tile remnants in my yard, scratched my hardwood, wouldn't repair wall damage they caused) Statewide says that all installers are employees...not true, they use all subcontractors. Secondly, they are way overpriced for the quality of work. During the process, they asked me to supply the mortar and route that was supposed to be included in the contract. I bought 2 bags just to keep the work moving, they used it all and never paid me back or reduced the price. The worst part about this was that none of the workers knew the scope of the work. I acted like the job foreman and scheduled everyone and tasks. Thankfully I know what was going on because of the cut corners. For example, they did not frame in a niche in a structural wall (I told EVERYONE from sales to foreman to frame in the wall). They wouldn't work with me for painting. The window installers were scheduled, then a different tech called to schedule me for a different day, then 30 minutes later a 3rd tech was there to install the window. They have horrible customer service, I told them repeatedly to call me not my wife. They rarely called me, when they got an answer they didn't like they called my wife. We asked for a change work scope to remove the counter top as I subcontracted it out. They didn't give me the final price until I refused to pay anything when they asked for the full price.

The salesman came out and quickly advised me that instead of replacing the windows and frames, which is what his company would do, I should call a glass replacement company. Extremely nice, professional and saved me from spending money I didn’t have to.

The contract from the salesperson was complete and comprehensive. However, I was misinformed about the crews coming to perform my remodel. There was only one crew that did the demolition and installation. There was no licensed plumber. The project manager was missing for key issues. I feel the remodel was WAY overpriced for the amount of work performed.
