Olga and her crew were very professional! Olga really cares about her customers and the design and work product quality. She walked us through every step and made sure we were confident in our choices and happy with the finished floors. We highly recommend this company and definitely plan to use them again in the future for refinishing our banisters and replacing our carpeted stairs with hardwoods.

Scheduling was an issue. The flooring was installed and looks good.

I have waited one full year to write this review. I did not want to write out of anger because I take reviews very seriously. I do not wish to blemish reputations without aerosols cause. My experience: - finished price was more than the quote - they did not begin when the contract said they would - when they said they were there, I would stop by, no one was there - they left my doors unlocked several times and I was promised it would not happen again. I went home and THE DOOR WAS LEFT PROPPED OPEN! - impossible to get a hold of when there is an issue - Olga kept telling me I would not like the color that I picked , that I should go lighter and use a color she makes . When I saw the floors I thought the floors looked lighter than the stain I picked. I came home one day and there were several stains in the garage that just so happened to be the mix that she was speaking of and described to me. When I called her out on it, I came home and the correct stain can was in the garage! Really!? Scandalous ... I took pictures of the wrong stain. There was damage to my floor recently and I used the stain they left that I picked IT IS WAY DARKER, she did not use the one I picked and we both signed the contract with the color I wanted. - Olga would text me to communicate and plenty more was wrong and every time I would text regarding an issue, she would call rather than text so there would be no admittance to the issue in writing. Sneaky. They left projects undone they agreed in the contract to replace the trim under the doors and cabinets. They never did. I paid her even though the price kept increasing. Only I would not pay her the last $300 until the trim was complete, they never came back or answered a phone call from me again.

First let me start with saying the quality of the work is great. I have used Olga before and had a great experience. With that being said the timing and scheduling were not great all. My condo is 680sf and it took Olga's team 3 1/2 weeks to demo, install and stain my floors. There were several days of the crew being a no show or showing up late. I received several excuses of why the crew was a now show / being late from a emergency at another client to they are working on other project.

The quality of work was just fine for what I needed. The biggest problem for me was the rescheduling. They came to demo'd the floors on a Saturday and we scheduled for them to come back once the concrete was dry on the next Wednesday. I got a call from the gentleman who demo'd the floors let me know they will be there on Thursday instead because something came up with their other job. That Thursday morning at 7:30am a few hours before they were supposed to arrive, they called again to reschedule for Saturday. That's a full week of my kitchen not having floors and rescheduled twice. I think the thing that irritated me the most was when asked when I wanted them to arrive on Saturday, I said 9:30am. The immediate response was 8:30am would be better for them. So I agreed because I wanted this experience to be over with. They of course did not arrive that Saturday until 10:30am. It seems they do not have any understanding or respect for other peoples time. When I complained to Olga (I believe manager), she apologized and informed me they are short staffed and offered a discount. Hopefully their short staffing issues will be resolved soon.
