I interviewed 3 cleaning services and I hired Sunshine. They were the middle cost but decided to hire them because of the many positive reviews online and thought Jorge was extremely professional and thorough at our initial meeting. I liked that they did not charge an extra fee for your initial deep clean as others do. After the first deep clean, I was disappointed with the work as several areas were missed (main issue was my base boards) and thought Jorge would call to follow up. He did not and so I called him the day before my next scheduled service and asked that my base boards be done on the next visit. Unfortunately, the ladies had no idea and when I asked them to do them, they could not because they had to go to their next house. Jorge said that a team would come the next day. At 3:00 pm the next day, I called Jorge and he said that they could not make it but would come the following week. They did come and do the baseboards on Tuesday. The baseboards looked great and I felt that I could continue with Sunshine service as they had probably learned the house by this point and service would improve, until I noticed that the baseboards in two of the four commode rooms were all omitted.

Sunshine Maid is such a God-send!! Good, reliable cleaning services are so hard to find. Victor came out and when through everything we needs to get our house in tip-top shape, and then his staff came out and did an excellent job. We are so happy that we have signed up for weekly service. Thank you Sunshine Maid!!
