On time doing great job and reasonable price

They came right on time. The crew all worked very hard, stayed on task, and finished ahead of schedule. They did an excellent job of cutting logs from the downed trees to fireplace length, stacked them, and chipped all the branches. Then they cleaned up after themselves. Oh, and the price for cutting down three trees and trimming two others was easily the lowest of the three businesses I contacted.

Mike and crew were efficient, did exactly the work I requested, and cleaned up the area after removing my large tree. I know they wanted to get the work done before some high winds picked up and could potentially be dangerous, so I appreciated the quick completion of the service!

I'm a member to Angi from North Carolina, but the work was done at my in-laws house in Springfield, VA. I wanted to clarify that since I don't know how HomeAdvisor was going to show this review. We wanted to remove a large (12" diameter) limb from a maple tree that was overhanging the house. Mike called soon after I submitted a request for an estimate to schedule a time. He arrived on time an gave me an estimate verbally and agreed to send me an email with the estimate. I received the email within 2 hours with the estimate, proof of insurance and a description of how to rescheduling reasons, wood handling, and how to pay. 23 Trees quoted the best price. We set it up for the work to be done the following Thursday. Tuesday was stormy. To be sure he got in contact with me, Mike texted, emailed, and then called to request a change to the work schedule due to the storm preventing his crews from working that day and ask that our work be done a day earlier. A win for us. Mike and the crew arrived at the scheduled time and set to work. The men work efficient. It was very interesting to watch the climber go up into the tree and go out onto the limb and attach a rope to the next section to be cut so that they would swing away from the house and lowered by the ground crew. They ground up the branches and limb sections and cleaned up the yard and street. They were very meticulous. We will definitely call them again when we have tree work to be done in the future.

Outstanding service
