Work seem to be very good but had a problem with communication. Remember this was a very small job. I always had to phone them. They had a problem sending me an email with the estimate of what we agreed on. Except for first phone call they had a problem phoning me. No problem with telling them what I wanted.

Very professional, excellent quality work. Helped with my final color selections - and gave professional advice. Provided a very reasonable estimate right away. Very efficient, clean working conditions. Also did my electrical work, floor and wall repairs. Highly recommend! It was a pleasure working with TLC. Will use them for all my home repair / painting needs moving forward.

Hired TLC to do exterior siding repair and repainting. There was a language barrier and I was not able to communicate with the painters who did the work. The job looked clean at first, but had bubbles and was beginning to rot just a few months later again. When I contacted them they sent someone to touch up the areas, but did a sloppy job that continued to bubble and rot even worse and I was never able to get them to come back to correct it.

These guys did an amazing job! Very professional. They were reliable - always arrived on time or early and were always super neat in cleaning everything up at the end of each day. I highly recommend - we will never use another company for painting! We are going to have them come back in the Soring to power wash and stain our deck. Thanks Mynor and team!

I needed to get my house painted quickly and professionally to get it ready for the market as soon as possible. Mr. Corzo responded immediately to my need for an estimate and arrived that day. He offered a fair estimate to paint the entire interior and exterior of my home. Job was completed in estimated amount of time and to my satisfaction. Walter does great work and I would recommend him without hesitation. He was on time, courteous, professional, and an excellent painter,
