I was left to further investigate anchor bolt placement myself. Engineer was unprepared; no ladder or appropiate gear to enter crawlspace and thoroughly investigate. However, I was told everything looked ok.

Of the three companies I contacted, TY Engineering met me at the site within a day of our discussion. I received a preliminary estimate and excellent service through the process of obtaining drawings and coordinating the city's Building and Safety. VERY ACCOMMODATING company and will use them again.

My lender requested a structural engineers report for the refinance of my historic 1905 house. Tolga was able to fit me in quickly. His inspection seemed informed & complete. He communicated clearly about what he was seeing during the inspection & provided the report before the date we agreed on as a deadline. Great experience overall.

Tolga was very easy to work with, charged a reasonable price, and met all commitments without being reminded. Appointments were kept onschedule. The work was completed when promised. The city Building Official approved the design. After the design was implemented, the building inspector approved the structural repair upon the first inspection. Outstanding in all respects. I would not hesitate to recommendt TY Engineering or to do business with the firm again.

    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
