Great to work with. Tim the sales guy explained things to me in detail and was patient while I made up my mind. Once the crew, Ian, Shawn and Robert W. got there, things continued to go really well. From phone calls to tell me what time they would be there, answering all my questions and taking the time to show me the work and explain what it all does, they were extremely courteous and professional. The work site was kept extremely neat and clean. I definitely recommend this company.

The team assigned to complete my job was Robert, Dale and Drew, They presented a very professional and authentic positive customer service approach when they arrived. These guys work very well as a team and were very informative as they explained the processes. These 3 guys represent the company very well as they always seeked to please the customer in all aspects. John Knight, the sales rep and estimator for this job was very informational and was positive and fact based. He also treated us with positive customer service. I had moisture issues in my crawlspace since I purchased my home 8 years ago. Not addressing this problem earlier contributed to moisture problems in the living area and some deflection/settlement issues (cracks) as well. That's when I called Tarheel Basement Systems. My experience was excellent from the initial visit with Marvin, who examined my home and helped me design a plan that fit my needs and my budget, to the crew, Kenny, Raul, and Juan, who installed my system. They arrived on time, they finished the job on time, great communication - I'm happy with my new waterproofed crawl space.

Came on time. Finished on time. My garage was built in 1930 into a hill side. Water problems were evident when I purchased the house. I could not store anything in the garage, I call Tar Heel Basement and they waterproofed garage, installed special membrane to walls and installed sump pump. My garage is moisture / water free, wall are nice and bright and I am able to park my car in the garage. Very pleased with the results and the cost was reasonable

Expensive, but provided the best plan to control water. Knowledgeable salesman. Thorough evaluation. Work completed as stated in contract. Crew very professional. Kept us informed and provided updates and pictures of completed work.

Tim Martin was great. He took his time talking through all the possible solutions to the basement problems, gave some good advice and is really an expert in this area. Great person to consult with on all basement issues!
