My brick fireplace chimney was discolored and the mortar was breaking up in spots. After soliciting contractors, Chimney King was the first company to respond with a quote and was very good at communicating their intentions. Chimney King power washed the chimney, performed mortar repair and contacted me about the cracks in the chimney cap (which I hadn't seen). They gave me a quote for the chimney cap and a few other items I needed them to do with the front porch. They finished up with a waterproof treatment. I am pleased with the results. However, being a nitpicker, I have to mention the new mortar was whiter than the older mortar, but weathering will probably blend this nicely. There were also some small gaps in the original chimney mortaring job that they left unfilled but I didn't them initially to point out but they will come back and fill. I will use Chimney King again!

They keep their schedule but they do not keep their time, they came later than its supposed to be.

The main guy looks like it is knowledge, the workers looks like need more training and expertise, as a result the poor quality and damage to my house.

The Chimney King provided a level 2 inspection of our fireplace and chimney required by our HOA insurance company. They professional and did a through job of the inspection. Would definitely use this company again.

This is my first time having the chimney inspected. I moved into the home about four years ago. Chimney king did find issues including cracks in the firebox and concrete missing from the chimney stack.

They did a great job of giving me some insight about some lose flashing and what to keep an eye out for if there are any issues down the road. I'd use them again.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
