Unprofessional, unskilled, untrustworthy, very bad installation, quality of work, asked for thousands more two days into job, careless workers who treated our home and neighborhood disrespectfully. Did not full fill the contract and refused to fix quality of work. From day two we videotaped due to careless workmanship and we had to supervise and manager everyday!

Wow, where to start here? Usually in a situation like this I would take the high road and or even offer an online apology or offer to try and make things right. Unfortunately, in this case I cannot. Some customers you just can't please. This customer has a BEAUTIFUL install that I would be happy to have in my own yard! In all the years and 100's of clients we have worked with, I have to say that this customer was BY FAR the most difficult, irrational, toxic person anyone on our staff has ever worked with. She called up and SCREAMED at me on the phone numerous times and hung up, kicked the crew off of the property in a profanity laden tirade, yanked lights and wires out of the ground that she didn't like and CONSTANTLY tried to manage the crew, scream at them and tell them that they were doing everything wrong, even though she has no clue about construction. And that's just the tip of the iceberg of what we endured from this customer! We've been doing this type of work for years as professionals and have NEVER had to deal with anything like this, It was baffling to all of us how toxic she was. As evidenced by her slam of us above for a BEAUTIFUL installation... We bent over backwards to try and accommodate this customer but there is just NO pleasing her; none what so ever. We ended up giving them nearly $10,000 in FREE material & services just to try and get done and get out of there, but to no avail. Not only was that not even appreciated but still wasn't enough. I have no idea what would have made her happy but I am fairly certain that NOTHING would have. I would STRONGLY caution any other contractors considering doing business with these folks to not walk away but RUN! After 100's of customers and years of service our quality of work and online reputation speak for themselves. It's really sad that it came to this but after what she put us through and what she has said about our company here online I felt I had to share the other side of the story.

We had a Project that needed to be done in are back yard. Robert made the process so easy. He saw our ideas and plans for the backyard and listened to everything that we wanted. It was not pushy like others we had dealt with. The team at The Paver Company where so awesome to deal with and we never felt that we where bothering them. David the project manager was so pleasant and always kept me updated on or project. When they where done installing our project I was so happy with them and how it came out better than I had imagined. I would recommend The Paver Company for any home projects you have.
