I thought Dylan was fair when he gave estimate. He was fixing area that was installed incorrectly and leaking, and replacing missing shingles. Oh, and he said he would put some silicone on some leaking skylight windows for free. I will take care of you; he said. He showed up late, he took several pics of my chimney asked if he could fix it. He hammered in some nails that were popping up, and tardy some shingles down. He was done; in less than 2 hrs. I had my eyes dilated that morning so coalition ;look at his work.(he knew this). He made a cash deal with me ( live and learn) and left Next day I saw that NONE of the missing shingles were replaced. I contacted Dylan right away. He said, Oh Wow! Your right. I will come back and fix it. He was a no show 2 times, still giving him chance to redeem himself, I continue to try and work with him. It has been a month, and now he does not respond to email, text or phone calls. A $600 lesson Buyer be ware. Dylan is not to be trusted

I called Dylan to seal up a vent pipe flange leak on a 24 year old standing seam metal roof. Left a message, and he got back to me the same day. The following morning he came out despite the hot & humid weather, sealed up the metal flange, and installed a protector over the flange boot. Good solid work, and at a very reasonable price, especially considering his driving time. He will definitely get repeat business from me.
