Response from Christie at the office, and Michael here at home where I needed the work done was absolutely perfect. Honest and professional at a fair market price! No scare tactics or games, just honest people serving with their expertise. This is an excellent company to use and is going on my "go to" list!

I bought a 1976-built home that needed some electrical work, starting with the inspector noting a number of open splices/taps in the attic, to outlets that were waist high on the walls. I also needed additional things done so I created a plan and submitted a line-item bid request to 6 different electrical contractors, and Thomas' was the lowest of the 5 that responded. I had a lot of work to do aside from the 8 taps they removed and properly fixed into junction boxes, relocating several outlets around the house and running a new circuit and outlets to my office, installing 3 recessed kitchen lights, changing out a bathroom fan, running down mystery switches, and replacing with upgraded outdoor-rated larger-gauge 12/3, an old defective line running from the breaker, 120' through the attic out the cable vent to my toolshed, then on to my workshop - adding a light and switch to the shed and shop. Dwayne came out to estimate, made great suggestions, and was as personable as they come. We tweaked the bid a bit and I gave him the job. He is busy so I had to wait a few weeks for my turn - and I can see why... professional, fast, honest, very fair pricing, worked with my changes without missing a beat, and his 2 partners Mike and Jayce were as knowledgeable, friendly and hardworking as anyone could wish for. It was a two full day job, and I couldn't have found a better electrical contractor to do it! And as if it couldn't get any better, I realized a couple weeks later that I wanted to reverse the switches in the shop for the main vs back lights - I just wanted the main switch closest to the door... I called and made another appointment, and Dewayne fit me in when he was in my area again. When he finished I tried to pay him and he wouldn't let me!! Just a perfect experience start to finish, and I will use him again as I have some more work coming up. Their electrician, Mike, has performed work at our house on numerous occasions and is always polite, professional and customer focused. Even their office manager is exceptional. Strongly recommend them for electrical work as they go the extra mile.

I ordered one ceiling fan (dinette) and a very large chandelier (foyer). The delivery of these items were scheduled the same day as the services I needed from Thomas Electrical. This company was very flexible with my tight timeline - working around my delivery schedule to accommodate my needs.
