More expensive than other companies but did a great job and in a timely fashion. Didn t hire them for my Foundation Drainage project, but hired them for a separate sump pump and piping project.

Customer service was awful. Their electrical license had expired so, they didn't have a permit to replace the electrical panel. I had asked them about the electrical inspection a couple of days after the work was done. They said they would look into it. Called back a few days later, the guy I need to talk to was on vacation. Then in a meeting, No response. Was told it sometimes takes a while for the inspection. Called the city inspector and found no permit was issued. Called back to Thrasher, on vacation, not in the office, in a meeting were my answers. I left messages on website, phone and was told this issue was being "elevated". Finally, I was told about the license being "expired" and it would take a while for the license to be issued (a week). The inspector showed up and was blindsided by the information he was given and failed the inspection. The electrician showed up a week later to do more work on the exterior. A few days passed, inspector comes back and passed the inspection. I spent a lot of time on the phone and other means of communication with this company. They had multiple chances to solve the problem but it wasn't until the problem was almost resolved that I got any meaningful communication. I was told that I was probably going to be compensated for my troubles and that the experience was a teachable moment for them. Nope, didn't happen. I paid a LOT of money to have my basement problems resolved, but the customer service is horrible. I needed to have the inspection done before I could have a plumber do work in my basement, which is next to the electrical panel. I had lots to do in the basement and most hinged on having the plumber move a floor drain. Through the process of calling a dozen or so times, the person on the phone apologized. Maybe I'm picky, but the apology should only come from the person responsible. I was never harsh to the ladies answering the phone (there were only ladies answering the phone to clarify that I was never harsh). I was very blunt to my situation and expressed my frustrations. I feel empathy for those that answered the phone since they have no control on what is happening and the management isn't helping them out at all.

Workers were courteous and hardworking. Could not complete project but referred me to a concrete company that could. I liked their honesty and it was good working with them.
