Tony remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms about 12 years ago. When we decided to remodel our shore home we knew Chima Contracting was the one to call. We were nervous about the project while living two hours away from the shore but Tony and Suzanne made it seamless and keep us up to date (even while vacationing in Jamaica) Tony and Suzanne are very responsive and offered helpful suggestions to complete our kitchen project. Tonys work is high quality and fair priced. We highly recommend him for any remodeling work you may need. Chima Contracting = Meticulous Craftsman!

I met Tony Chima while searching for a professional to complete a top to bottom rehab of an investment property in horrible condition. I set up appointments with 15 contractors. Only 10 showed up and he was the only one that showed up on time. His estimate was in my hands in a few days and was crystal clear on the scope of work. It was not the highest or lowest, but seemed the most reasonable. He completed the entire house in 29 days on time and most importantly on budget in the middle of winter. He has just completed major work ( kitchen, bath, attic, laundry room, windows and paint) on my own home that I recently purchased. Again, excellent advice on what to do and what not to do. Right on time and right on budget. I have referred him to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.

After many years of settling for someone else’s taste in home decor, we finally decided to take the plunge and remodel our kitchen. First name that came to mind was Tony Chima, as we have had family members use his services in the past. From the first phone call with Suzanne, we knew we were in good hands. She was always available to address any questions or concerns we had and Tony was quick to respond. The vendors they suggested we use were top notch and very helpful. We had a vision of what we wanted to do and Tony guided us with every step, coming up with creative ideas we would never have thought of. His crew from day one were courteous and respectful, shout out to Gus, Pete, Bill and Tyler. The job was not just a remove and replace, it was an entire kitchen re-design. Our new kitchen has been redesigned and has exceeded our expectations. To sum it all up, Chima Contracting are professionals at their craft, and their attention to details will not disappoint.

Tony was very knowledgeable and completed the project on time and even under budget. He was hired to covert our screen in patio into a 3 season room. He was able to complete the project earlier than promised and and payed attention to the details that make the differerence between a good contractor and a great contractor.
