I solicited several proposals from various companies. Top Rail was very responsive and professional. They were the best proposal I received. I was very impressed with the communication at each step of the process. I was also amazed at how quickly they took out my old fence and got the new one installed. It looks great and they did a thorough job of cleaning up after the install. I would highly recommend them.
