After having met with several roofers, it was refreshing to meet with Mario who was honest and upfront about the scope of the project. He understood my concerns, answered my many questions and offered suggestions to potential issues. Andy and his crew were top notch. They worked tirelessly in the cold, were respectful of not only my property but my neighbor's as well and every day, left the area immaculate. The masons were very prompt. They got here early; worked all day; and were very efficient and respectful. The repairs looked good to me. As to the quality, it looks good now, but I cannot honestly comment on quality for a few years.

This is the second time I have used Touchstone, and each time the work was done professionally and on time. The current project involved stucco repair on the third floor of an exterior wall as well as stucco replacement on a roof top deck, roof and parapet wall repair and other jobs. Work began when scheduled, and multiple teams were able to complete the work in several days. Workers were diligent and courteous, and care was taken to clean up after completion of the different phases.

Performed as indicated in our contract, provided insurance coverage, performed additional items not specified that enhanced my property. On-time, tidy and informed me of progress and interacted with me to ensure they addressed all my concerns.
