True Clean Window Cleaning

I had 4 skylights and a garden window that were covered in pine needles and pollen. Lucas did a great job of getting them clean in short order. The garden window was especially bad as it hadn't been cleaned in a couple of years and it came out beautiful.

Just a few minutes after sending an email requesting service, the phone rang and it was Lucas, ready to schedule my window washing! He's a very nice, very polite young man who shows initiative and does flawless work. He's a rarity and priceless as far as his gentle personality and "go gettum" attitude. His pricing was surprisingly lower than I expected. You bet I'll be hiring him again, and if someone says they're looking for a window washer, I'll know exactly who he should call. Thank you Lucas.

We thought the work was well done. We thought Lucas was very personable & considerate. We just thought we paid a premium. Maybe it was because we had a very strict timeline but the last time we got our windows cleaned we paid the same amount for inside & out. This time we only had the outside done.

Lucas, failed to meet my expectations in cleaning my windows all together, and that of the tracts and screens. As an advertised Pro, perhaps he would have declined to charge me for the exterior portion of the quote. I was inconvenienced and I yet have to get my exterior windows cleaned. He knew that he did a poor job on the exterior windows surface. I pointed it out to him and he agreed they were not cleaned. The interior of the windows is a fair cleaning only. Overall I could have did a much better job myself on all of my windows, but I called the Professional I thought. I will say that he did subtract $90.00 due to this fact. But Half, of $285.00 would have been fair. As I stated I was very disappointed in the job. My windows are not cleaned. He used an unconventional method , meaning he did not use a ladder and squeegee. nor did he use any cleaning agent in the water. in doing the exteriors. I asked him if my window would get clean with his water method he said yes. But it did not work on my window surface! The method would not matter if my windows were clean and shining! On another note I found him four times talking on his phone.

Lucas was prompt, professional and completed the job with excellence and pride in his work. I highly recommend hiring this ambitious and hard working young man.
