the technician was professional and courteous. He did a great and efficient job leaving the place spotless when he was done. I purchased a service contract with them because of the knowledge and care given.

I got lured in by a a $99 platinum package online only to be up sold when they arrived. We had the work done but when I called the office to get clarification on how much of the platinum package was applied to my invoice, they wouldn't return calls.

I couldn't believe how fast they responded and how efficient their dispatcher Anna was in offering a special Home Advisor price!!! Why try to do a job yourself when you have such an awesome company to handle a dirty job for you!

Contacted immediately , made an appointment. Workers explained better than phone rep. Price was much more than phone rep said. Since I already had another quote I had them do the work. no mess, very polite. Would call again.

I was contacted very quickly. The service was very good and everything was explained in detail.

They were the 2nd company to respond for a single story home, dryer vent cleaning that leads to the roof for $85. They came out and cleaned the dryer vent in 30-40 minutes or so with no questions asked, no upsells and no drama. They pulled out the dryer, detached the vent, used a snake connected to a drill to clean the length of the vent and later cleaned up after themselves. They even got on the roof to remove a "pancake" that was preventing the exhaust from exiting properly. They're very fast and efficient and that's exactly what I needed. I gave them a check and they left. Will use again.

where do I begin; they came in my house and stated I had mold, and stated I needed a air duct treatment: microban & sporicidan aside from basic air duct cleaning? Which all in total I paid $350 for less than 15 minutes of service. I will unfold the truth about this shady business. All my vents registers are still dirty. They felt I was incompetent about HVAC AC. I have pictures to show experts at my college because I knowcan instructor who over seas AC hvac and engineer programs. I am hurt because I work very had to support my mother. We struggle . To come out and do less work for $350
