Iâ ve been researching bath and kitchen remodeling companies for a while and spoke with the owner of United Residential Builders. Aiman was professional and extremely helpful, answered my questions and scheduled an appointment for them to come out and see the scope of my job. Mo was very informative and knowledgeable knew my style and had amazing ideas, so I scheduled a date to do the work. Their tile guy, electrician and plumber were top notch, professional and talented. The final product is better than I could have ever hoped for.

We have renovated our home with United Residential builders and we had such a great experience, they are very professional, everything was done as we wanted, they are very honest about the pros and the cons of everything we wanted to install, their prices were the best comparing to the market, our friends recommended them to us. Everyone visits us loves our kitchen and the changes we have done in our home. We definitely would recommend them to anyone! Now my son is planning to have an addition and we already started to work with United Residential builders again. What we love most there was no delays in submitting the plans or the work. They did consistently show up on time!

Very professional

It took them longer than expected and we had a few mix ups on color of material delivered . All of which was taken care of. All of the crew were very good. In particular Manuel who was there for much of it after the framing was done. He was very helpful, we even had him do a few extra things that I paid him extra for. The site supervisor was very helpful and kept us informed at each step. He sorted out the mix up quickly. Finally, I am very happy with the results. The addition looks great and is how I pictured it. They also redid the room that leads to the addition, same colors, flooring and light fixtures. Overall very happy with the results. Not to say it was stress free, but I think that any such project where your life is disrupted for 2+ months is going to be like that. We will be using them again on future projects. As an aside when I put this out to bid no-one wanted to take it on for the budget we had and I had been misled by some of the bidders as to what needed to be done and even to what was allowed by zoning regs where live. Aiman Mammoud , who I believe is the owner, listened to what I wanted and then gave us a plan to match that. It was more than we had originally budgeted and not as wide as I had originally wanted but Aiman made his case about the realities of costs of materials and labor. It was more expensive than I wanted but we made more money available. And the end result matches the house so nicely it looks like it was always there. As to zoning, Aiman worked for some of the counties in the area in their zoning departments and he was very knowledgeable regarding the zoning rules and other than the Covid BS the zoning was handled very quickly and efficiently. There was even a case where it was much cheaper for me to apply for the permit as the homeowner than it was for them. They guided me through the process and saved several hundred dollars.

From the design to the build to the finishing features and everything in between, URB was excellent. It was their architect that came out and their designer that consulted with us for the plans. Having had an addition built before, I worried about hidden cost, we had a chat about that before hand and I can tell you that I had no surprises in that department. My addition was delayed because of the COVID 19 restrictions but URB kept checking in and kept me abreast of the situation on their end. As soon as everything opened up they were ready to go. This brings me to what really set them apart. Their site manager was amazing. He was professional. He was considerate. His crews were polite, professional and hard working. He set realistic deadlines and met them. Any question or concerns were answered and addressed promptly. I know they were working on other projects but I didnâ  t ever feel like I was not getting the attention that my project needed. I anticipate that we will have other design/construction/remodeling needs in the future and I know exactly who I will call upon for that task.

I started by making a list of everything that I wanted completed during my home renovation and United Residential Builders met everything on my wish list when they were finished. Amazing work, professional, courteous, prompt and extremely considerate.
