This is the second time I contract with Virtual CNS. Their service is professional, thorough and fast. They provided great options at a very competitive price. And they were able to deliver within the timeline I requested; most importantly, with no disruption in a household with three people working from home.

They solved problems that many others were unable to figure out, were very nice and stayed until the job was done to my satisfaction. They even returned today to fix a wire and helped me with other things again, They are the best, highly recommend.

I hired them to hang a 49 inch tv from the ceiling. After they drilled holes that asked me to come into the bedroom and told me the couldn't do it because of the studs. I understood and also had a wall mount that worked so they installed it and i thought all was good. Last night my son came and visited and pointed out that the top right corner of the tv was cracked off. I looked and at first thought he did something but came to my senses realizing the corner is a full 7 ft off the ground it the top right. So I called them and and all 8 got was bs. They claimed the tv had to have been broke before and all this and that. On top of that he kept trying to blame me. This place is a joke no customer service or any of that. Couldn't believe they blamed me. They d9nt have insurance and 8 have to take them to court now ugh to many other options don't pick them.
