Excellent experience! Nick, the owner contacted me right away, I set up an appointment. Nick arrived on time and fixed my lights perfectly. The price was very fair. I will always call Nick when i need lighting repairs.

Nic was quick to respond and quick to get the job started. Tore out existing and installed all new for the front of the house. House looks great and would hire him again for additional work.

Initially I submitted a 5 star review across the board. Unfortunately, in trying to get a repeat visit for lights that weren't on sensors correctly, I am 4 months in with no resolution and now need to hire someone else. I hate to edit this review because we had such a great experience at first, but service after the job is key too.

Nic put together a beautiful lighting plan for the front of our home and the rear deck. He uses high quality products and was courteous. I would recommend him to others.

Many solar lights did not work at all and those that did work did not remain lit beyond 3:00 AM. In addition, the "Up lights" do not cast light upward. I was given no manufacturer information on the lights and no written warranty. In contrast, the solar lights that I had previously from Bed Bath and Beyond that cost about $20 were always lit and seem to have held the light for the duration of the night.. These lights are larger and prettier but they do not seem to be as good from a functional standpoint.

(consumer name withheld per their request) Thanks for the review. As agreed, we will be giving you a full refund. If you change your mind and want to let us install actual low voltage lighting I would love to do so. You expressed concerns about critters eating wires but that is never an issue. We have clients all over the state of Michigan and never come across this problem. This is the main reason we do not like to install solar lighting and when we do we run a solar panel, battery backup and wires. Thanks again and I'm sorry we couldn't find some common ground on your lighting system. Sincerely, Nicolas Kiselewski
