Went through Home Advisor, had instant contact at 1am. Water Heater America then followed through with a call @ 7:00am. Scheduled for a late day appt and got here earlier which was great. Service was 10 plus. Did the job complete in a short timeframe. Supplied a superior product. Took away old tank. No mess left behind. Very kind and caring. Far better service and product then trying to deal with the big store competitors. Would highly recommend. Very reasonable price.

Ben was perfect, on the phone to set the apt. looking at the photos, getting back to me, and even texting when he was on his way on time. Showed up with everything he needed. Did the job and cleaned up after himself. All and effortless and delightful experience in a stressful state without any water for a day. Highly recommend him to anyone...
