I took the $69 ac tune-up special. The tune-up was ok as far as I can tell. But the technician gave us a scare regarding mold in the air handler and arranged for an ac salesman to try to sell us a new system on account of it. Luckily I checked with a mold detection company, which told us not to do it.

The serviceman arrived on time as prescribed and quickly found tge problem. He was courteous,thorough,and helpful. I plan on getting a contract with them for future services.

They came and gave us estimate for replacing the faucet (we supply the new faucet).The amount will be $739.00. Plus others for $285.00 & $408.00 !!! It was unreal charge for the work. We decided not let them do the work and paid service charge of $52.37 I am very disappointed. Susan

Did they complete the work? 95% was completed. Would I hire them again? NO Would I recomend them to anyone? NO Why not? Their prices are 3 to 4 times higher than any other local contractor. Having them applying and getting a permit will take 4 times longer than it usually takes. They answer the phone calls and the plumber showed up on time which is good but they are very very expensive. I will not hire them again.
