DJ responded quickly to request for quote, which was better than others we got. He scheduled us right away, told us how long he expected the job to take, introduced his tile worker, David, also super, and completed the job on time. We were extremely pleased with the work. They will be starting another job for us next week. Pleasure to work with!

He was very professional. I'm in military, i don't know anyone's here in Augusta, GA and i was not at my house while they installed it. My wife was very satisfied with their jobs (replacing the laminate floor). He was also very nice and honest. Don't worry about anything when you hire their team.

The price for the job they did for me was great! They were busy and the owner was out with surgery although he was very, engaging and came and measured initially. I guess they don't run as smoothly without him. The installer was nice and engaging, however, due to a product I actually purchased (self-adhesive border), he had to come back and re-do it because it was coming off the walls. They became busy and I had to wait. I was just opening my new, business. He came back. However, the price they wanted to do a bigger, area was too costly. I hired someone else who did an excellent , job within a short time frame, for 1/2 the price. They were fine, I will just use the other company going forward because although everyone with West Flooring Service, Inc. was nice, the bottom line is timing, quality, and pricing for me.
