    Appears to be good quality windows from Okra. Lifetime Warranty covers labor and parts if ever needed. Installers did a great job cleaning up after installing 13 replacement windows. So far have been very happy with the purchase and installation!

    Everything went so smoothly...from Zach coming to the house for the estimate to the installation team of Oscar and Julio. I couldn't have asked for a better team to have install my windows. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure that I was happy the entire way thru. I highly recommend this company - their prices may be a little higher, but well worth it.

    I was very happy with the whole process. Scheduling the estimate was easy, the installer came to confirm measurements etc. prior to the order, the order and delivery and finally installation went on schedule and on budget. Very happy.

    Expensive, but worth the price. Customer service is great and addressed my needs. They also followed up with the work done. They brought two crews in to complete the work in time as scheduled. Quality was great and I'll use them again for other projects.

    Gutter design and color were prepared incorrectly on arrival and had to be started over. Had to wait an extremely long time for a bronze snow rail and the cost was very high, even for supposedly custom bronze (looked direct from Home Depot to me). Buyer beware for copper roof.

    7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
