He was on time for his appointments which was greatly appreciated. He did what he said he would do efficiently and he explained how the garage door opener and remote control works to my tenant. I knocked off 1 star because he looked over the old springs and said they could still be used when he quoted me a price to do the job, but the next day strongly recommended new springs and had then in his truck. This seemed like a planned up sell to me.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, Fred. Every technician carries at least 2-3 springs of the most commonly replaced sizes in their truck. Your system was on the grass outside for an unknown amount of time. When you showed me the system, I couldnt see the full view of the springs because I couldnt release the spring on the floor. I am honest and I am always trying to recommend what is in my clients best interest. My clients 100% satisfaction is always my goal, so if you would like to meet up or give me your Venmo ID, I would like to offer you the money back you feel you overpaid. Regards Aviran.

Aviran did a great job repairing our garage door. He was on time, kind, and went the extra mile. He stayed after the appointment and showed me how to fix it if it happens again.
