Great experience start to finish! Company was earlier than their approximate start date to install. The install itself took about 4 hrs. Super happy about that! The windows were of the highest quality I've ever encountered. John, the company's representative, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The installation crew did a fantastic job! Their work was impeccable, they completed the job quickly, and they were courteous and friendly. My husband and I couldn't be happier with our new windows and the company from which we purchased them. We will definitely be repeat customers!

John, the company salesman, did an excellent job showing us samples of the windows, reviewing the order, selecting an installation date, checking on how installation was going, and inspecting the final installation. He was very thorough and professional from the beginning of the project to the very end. I must also compliment his installation team, who did a superb job of removing the old windows and installing the new windows. Not only were they timely in the installation, but their attention to detail was noteworthy. They were also personable and explained the process to us. The windows are of high quality and I really like how smooth they open and shut. They replaced 40 year-old windows so no more drafty window leaks, and they actually reduce outside noise! Finally I really like how they look both on the interior and exterior. I told John the color of the window really makes the house "pop" in appearance. We really have enjoyed working with John and this company. We have decided to have them install more windows and even sliding doors.

They installed a walk-shower. They did a very good job. Our salesman, John Soriano, was excellent!

We are on his schedule but projects have not started yet

They don't have the window manufactured until the month of March so it was not installed yet. It is custom built, so I still need to wait until March for the window to be made then after that I still need to wait to get it installed which is probably on May. They don't seem to communicate with the contractor very well but he seemed know what he was doing and other than that everything went really really well.

Top quality products and services. The installation of both our bathroom shower and tub was outstanding. I would recommend this company to anyone. Dave the installer is a great asset to this company.
